FastStart for FirstClass™

FastStart for FirstClass is the fastest and easiest way to get your new FirstClass system up and running!

FastStart for FirstClass™ is a pre-packaged consulting service that guides new purchasers of FirstClass system through the decision making process of choosing the right server and hardware options, conference and privilege group structures, customization options and Internet set-up. By asking the "correct" questions we are able to provide your organization with the proper advice.

Once the initial consultation process is complete our certified specialists then build and install your FirstClass Groupware or Unified Messaging system customized to your requirements on-specification, on time and on budget. By purchasing FastStart For FirstClass your system administrator is provided with an up and running, customized system in a fraction of the time they would need to build it themselves. This provides them with the 'breathing room' necessary to absorb the operation of a FirstClass system.

 The FastStart Package Includes:

  • Needs analysis
  • System architecture planning & design
  • Create up to 25 User Accounts
  • Create up to 15 Conferences
  • Create up to 10 custom Privilege Groups
  • Create a custom settings file
  • Create a custom log-on/off screen
    (electronic art supplied by client)
  • Create a custom desktop
    (electronic art supplied by client)
  • Create up to 5 custom conference backgrounds
    (electronic art supplied by client)
  • FirstClass system installation
  • Configure built-in SMTP gateway
    (FirstClass systems only)
  • Hand off of system and basic admin overview (1-2 hours included)
  • 30 days of telephone support
    (maximum of 60 minutes)
  • FastStart includes a maximum of 2
    days of consulting services

Additional Options Include:

  • Additional needs analysis for more complex systems
  • User training
  • Installation of the FC/FCIS client on User computers
  • Network cabling, hubs, switches, routers, DNS etc.
  • Installation of gateways other than described above
  • Custom Macintosh & Windows Installers Creation of custom logos, icons and other design services

Out-of-pocket expenses (incl. travel, meals, cabs etc.) are billed at cost plus 5%.

Consulting work done Outside of Greater Toronto is subject to travel and out-of-pocket expenses.
