World Connect® Consulting Services has built a top notch team of
IT Specialists that provide support for all your existing and planned
IT, data management and telephony systems.
Our Onsite Support option provides organizations with certified technical
resources at their location to assist with either scheduled or unscheduled
(based on availability) technical issues.
2nd Line - Email, Phone and Skype Support
Our Phone and Email Support option provides technical support to administrators and end users (with prior agreement) based on emails and telephone calls. Time is recorded and billed in 15 minute increments at the 2nd Line billing rate. World Connect will contact your organization for approval prior to any additional charges or onsite attendance.
Naturally there are terms and conditions that apply to all Remote Administration and End User Support options. These will be provided to you in written format prior to starting your support plan.
